Terms and Conditions Contract

    Texas Rhythm has established the following terms of Payments and Refunds. Please use these terms as a reference to any question that you may have. If for any reason a question or concern arises that is not covered, please feel free to contact Texas Rhythm, and we will gladly answer it in a prompt and professional manner.
Terms are as follows:
1. 50% of price is required, (full amount can also be paid if the client wishes), At contract signing, payable by Cash, Check or Money Order (This is Non-refundable). All payments shall be made payable to Bill Flowers.
2. An engagement is not considered "Booked" until a signed contract and deposit* have been received or other arrangements have been made.
3. All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another date and/or time. Deposits may be transferred if future date is open within 30 days of original date.
4. Any changes in time of event will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Remaining balance is required 2 weeks prior to event along with the DJ INFO FORM.
6. For any future booking consideration, your entertainer shall be booked through Texas Rhythm DJ, Bill Flowers.
7. Overtime: If an entertainer is asked for overtime on the day of the event, the fee will be $100.00 per hour over the contracted time.
8. Texas Rhythm will perform, at no additional fee, within 100 miles (round trip) of Victoria, Texas. Beyond 100 Miles (round trip)

9. Texas Rhythm will need access to the hall no less than 2 hours prior to guest arrival. If hall is available earlier Please advise.

10. A minimum of 3 hours of play time is required due to setup time and travel distances  unless special arrangements have been made.

11. All returned checks will have a $30.00 additional charge each Deposit attempt.

12. When and if the Bride and Groom leave the Reception and Guests Leave, The DJ must be informed to continue to play, otherwise it will be up to the discretion of that DJ to continue playing.
